Don’t stand at the wrong curb
On-airport rental counters and vehicles are in the Rental Car Center on Level 1 of the long-term garage complex, connected to the terminal by covered pedestrian routes.
PDX has one terminal serving Concourses B through E. Follow current secure-side signs between concourse areas; temporary closures can change the most direct route.
A free attended cell-phone waiting area is available near the airport roadway; wait until the passenger is curbside.
