This is your airport arrival time—not the time to leave home. Airline check-in and bag-drop cutoffs still apply.
What you’re walking into
MSP posts checkpoint waits online and on terminal displays. At Terminal 1, either checkpoint reaches all gates; the North checkpoint is often shorter.

Don’t stand at the wrong curb
Both terminals use designated Ground Transportation Center pickup zones. Follow terminal signs and the app's assigned zone.
On-airport rental counters and vehicles are located at both terminals; verify your company's terminal before arrival.
Free light rail connects Terminals 1 and 2 outside security. A terminal change normally requires another TSA screening.
Two free attended cell-phone waiting lots sit on the south side of Post Road between Terminals 1 and 2.
