Don’t stand at the wrong curb
On-airport rental counters are on the lower level near baggage claim, with vehicles in the adjacent garage; follow company-specific signs.
JAX has one terminal with Concourses A and C connected after the central checkpoint; walking is the normal transfer method.
A free attended cell-phone lot is available for passenger pickup; overnight parking is prohibited and vehicles left overnight are towed.
