Don’t stand at the wrong curb
Rental counters and vehicles are inside the Terminal Garage/Ground Transportation Center, connected to the terminal by a climate-controlled pedestrian bridge.
IND has one terminal with Concourses A and B connected after security through Civic Plaza; walking is the normal transfer method.
The signed Cell Phone Lot is free for attended vehicles waiting for an arriving passenger.
