Rental counters are opposite baggage claim on Level 1; vehicles and returns use company-specific nearby facilities and shuttle arrangements.
HOU has one compact terminal with Central and West concourses connected after the central checkpoint; no inter-terminal train is needed.
The free 24-hour cell-phone lot is at 7450 Airport Boulevard; the driver must remain in the vehicle.
