Don’t stand at the wrong curb
The consolidated Rental Car Facility at 19601 Maplewood Avenue is off-terminal. Free buses leave from the Ground Transportation Center and take about 5–7 minutes, 24/7.
CLE has one terminal with connected concourses; walking is the normal post-security transfer method.
A free attended cell-phone lot is off State Route 237 South and can also be reached from Jackson Road; follow blue signs.
